Yoga Tune Up

My journey on the path of yoga began in 2006 when I walked into the hot room at Moksha Yoga London. I fell in love with yoga, and continuted to explore my personal practice with yoga as a tool for self discovery, personal growth, and empowerment.

I love the innate allure of the breath, and I am a self-professed body nerd with a strong background in anatomy and physiology. I have extensive experience in human anatomy gathered from several University courses, cadaver and virtural anatomy laboratory dissections, as well as attendance at several anatomy workshops, including in-person with Tom Meyers.

I completed my first 200-hour yoga teacher training through The Athletic Club with Todd Lavictoire, Megan Campbell, and Jennifer Stow.

 

I have also completed my Yoga Tune Up® Certification, Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Ball Practitioner course, and Core Integration Immersion under the tutelage of international movement specialist and renowned yoga teacher Jill Miller.

I have taught yoga across Canada and internationally at several corporate and media events, CrossFit competitions, conferences, retreats, community classes, and The Green Living Show. I currently teach a public yoga class Friday nights at 6:00pm at Adrenaline MMA Training and Fitness Center.
